Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications may vary by role, but preference may be given to applicants with:

  • Background in Special Education, Psychology, Therapy, Education, or related fields
  • Knowledge of Filipino Sign Language or willingness to undergo training
  • Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Heart for service, advocacy, and inclusion
